I am so tired I can't stay awake. I suspect it's mostly emotional. I did have some fun this weekend, though.... went to Idonea and Declan's for Turkey Day dinner (which was fabulous, of course) and then we played Rails and CSI until oh, 3 AM. When I got home I was wound up from driving and couldn't sleep immediately, and when I did get to sleep. the next-door neighbor's alarm went off-- and she wasn't there to turn it off. I got up and went to the sofa to sleep but it took me a while to get back to sleep. Sigh. I have left her a note; the next time it happens I'm going to the landlord. I am so over this nonsense.

Friday I volunteered at Ten Thousand Villages, and they were some kind of busy. Went back out to Idonea's for gaming on Sat night, and stayed until 3 AM again. Dayum. Sunday there was breakfast at FlamingBolt's, and I love breakfast out there, so I had to go. I slept for four hours and hit the road again. Stayed all day, hanging out with the household, and got to bed reasonably early last night. I slept at least nine hours last night but about 5 this afternoon I hit the wall again. Unfortunately I was shopping at the time. I was sure I wasn't hungry when I left for the grocery, but you'da thought I hadn't seen food for weeks, with all the stuff I bought. No junk, but lots and lots of food. Canned, frozen, fresh, you name it. Heh. I got a big old chicken roaster breast; the only disadvantage of T'day dinner out is no turkey leftovers for Hot Browns. (That's the version I make; here's the the official version. I mean, I know you need a good way to eat turkey right now.
