luciabI got my formal acceptance from NCCU today. Whee! I mean, I was sure it was going to happen, but you can't really DO anything till you're accepted. Like work on financial aid, apparently. Except I did make a leap of faith today and buy a backpack that was on sale for $15. heh. At Amy's direction, I got one that has a waist strap, which should help with the weight on my shoulders.
There was a flyer in the letter saying that the LIS school is moving, starting Spring Semester, to downtown Durham. No idea what happens about parking, etc. Whatever.
