recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a good doctor in the Raleigh/Cary area? I don't have a GP and I need to see one about a lump on my toe. Finally got my courage and my organizational self going at the same time and called to make an appointment with the doc that bzzzyb said she loves. Nope, that one's not accepting new patients. Erk.

I say Raleigh/Cary b/c while I'm going to Durham for classes now, I don't plan to be going there forever, and when I'm feeling rotten I don't want to drive any farther than I have to. There's a doc in CH that I saw a few times, and she was okay, and if I can't find anybody more local I guess I could go back over there.

Your suggestions would be highly appreciated.

CH is a bitch to get to from your house, yeah, but Dr. Furman at CH Family Medicine is awesome. Just for consideration.

Yes, but she lives way the heck out in Mebane. I would be much closer to her than luciaB would. :)
