Going for sushi tonight... spur of the minute thing. Not even sure who all will be there, but last week's half price pig-out was too good to forget. My b'day is Monday, and this is sort of in honor of that. It's not a "0" one, but it's a "9"one, which is nearly as bad. (Nope, not a 9-one-one....)

Amy was laughing last week at a fellow student who refuses to tell anyone her age, and A was talking about how it's never bothered me, and that has been a good example for her. A few years ago, though, it kinda did start bothering me, when I told a "friend" my age, and his response was "Well, for god's sake don't TELL anybody!" Excuse me while I slink off into the nearest corner... I am amused, however, to know that he is now older than I was then, and wonder if he's all secretive about how horrifyingly OLD he is.

Maybe I need to find some friends my own age to play with... heh. Just as long as I don't have to wear a red hat!

Well, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, baby! Personally, I'm pretty proud of my age - I turned the big five-oh last November. SO.. I guess this means I'm older than you, eh?

It's actually pretty cool - when I tell folks at work, for example, how old I am, they don't believe me.

Of course, I don't ever intend on actually ACTING my age! Boorrring!
